Myocarditis, Diagnosed

This diagnosis concept set contains diagnoses for myocarditis. This codeset was developed by finding the concept_ids for a subset of the AHRQ CCSR clusters (https://hcup-us.ahrq.gov/toolssoftware/ccsr/dxccsr.jsp#overview) for myocarditis. This concept set alone was not reviewed by a clinician, but it was a component of a larger codeset that was reviewed by Chris Forrest. It was developed as part of systemic cardiovascular conditions for a RECOVER study manuscript exploring features of PASC in children. This concept set only contains ICD10 and ICD10CM codes, and contains additional columns "systemic" and "syndromic" which were used as classification categories for the study to differentiate between conditions (systemic) and symptoms (syndromic) in addition to a "condition_category" which was a further classification mechanism which could be rolled up with other codes. In this concept set, all condition_category are cardiovascular.
