24 netcdf output files for Chlorinated Very Short-Lived Substances (Cl-VSLS) from the chemistry transport model TOMCAT, split into two groups of 12. One group of 12 files contains global concentration outputs for Dichloromethane CH2Cl2 and Perchloroethylene C2Cl4, for 12 years 2006-2017. The other group of 12 pertains to Chloroform CHCl3 and an additional test experiment for C2Cl4 adding a Cl sink reaction, over the same 12 year period. The dataset concerns the tropospheric chemistry and distribution of Cl-VSLS for use in optimising emissions using a synthesis inversion approach.
