ZIP-file of fluorescent 3D image stacks of matrix-embedded prostate cancer cell co-cultures (WPMY-1) treated with docetaxel (0.01 uM)

ZIP-file containing confocal image stacks from LNCaP (RFP) 3D co-cultures (WPMY-1, GFP) embedded in Matrigel-collagen and grown in 96-well plates. The cultures are stained with Hoechst and EdU and are treated with docetaxel (0.01 uM) and imaged at day 20. Images are 16-bit multi-channel image stacks containing the EdU, RFP, GFP and Hoechst channel (in that order) . The pixelsize is ( 1.3 x 1.3 x 10 ) micron at 10x magnification. Images are in TIF-format, and are best opened in ImageJ for visualisation.
