Causation and improved epidemiological understanding of major clinical syndromes constraining goat production in Lao PDR

These files contain data obtained from surveys conducted in the Savannakhet province of Lao PDR which I used to determine the prevalence of clinical syndromes in Lao goats and associated risk factors. R codes which used in analysis of such survey data are contained in a separate R file. Further, these files contain laboratory results which I obtained and used in determining the causation of three of the clinical syndromes in Lao goats; eye infection, lip and facial lesions and respiratory disease.
