India's Electoral Rolls (2024-25) & Deleted Voter Records (SIR Draft, 2025-26)

This repository hosts India's Electoral Rolls from 2024 & 2025 as well as deleted voters' records from the Special Intensive Revision (SIR Draft List 2025-26) exercise in parsed, analyzable formats. To access this dataset, please fill out this Google Form. For documentation (including the codebook), see my Github. You will need an IRB approval or a communication of exemption from the IRB from your institution. It should include the following details: Purpose of using the dataset Data protection standards that you will follow List of persons who will access the dataset Confirmation that identifying information will not be shared or presented If you're not at a university and do not have an IRB, I will need a similar affirmation from you for reasons of data privacy and research ethics.
