混凝土抗压强度检测,利用混凝土物理力学性能试验方法,提高行业的混凝土试验技术水平。混凝土达到设计抗压强度的检测依据国家标准GB/T 50081-2019《混凝土物理力学性能试验方法标准》,按标准方法配合比水泥:水:砂:石:外加剂1:0.45:1.81:2.58:0.020,选择水泥品种及强度等级为普通硅酸盐42.4,石品种及粒径为16-31.5mm,砂粗细程度为中砂制作和标准养护的边长为100mm的立方体试件,在28天龄期用标准试验方法利用检测设备YES-2000压力试验机测得立方体抗压强度。混凝土强度设计等级为C35时,取三个试件通过仪器测出破坏荷载,测得的强度值均应乘以尺寸换算系数,对100mmX100mm试件可取为0.95,从而计算出三个试件的抗压强度,平均值作为组试件抗压强度代表值,再与设计等级强度进行相除,得到最后的达到设计强度百分比。公式如下:达到设计强度(%)={【(破坏荷载1*换算系数0.95)/受压面积+(破坏荷载2*换算系数0.95)/受压面积+(破坏荷载3*换算系数)/受压面积】/3}/设计等级*百分比

Concrete compressive strength detection utilizes physical and mechanical property test methods for concrete, aiming to elevate the technical level of concrete testing in the industry. The detection for concrete reaching the designed compressive strength shall comply with the national standard GB/T 50081-2019 *Standard for Test Methods of Physical and Mechanical Properties of Concrete*. The mix proportion is formulated according to the standard scheme: cement:water:sand:coarse aggregate:admixture = 1:0.45:1.81:2.58:0.020. The cement used is Portland cement with grade 42.4, the coarse aggregate has a particle size range of 16-31.5 mm, and the sand is medium sand. 100 mm cubic specimens were fabricated and cured under standard conditions. At the age of 28 days, the cubic compressive strength was tested using the YES-2000 pressure testing machine in accordance with standard test procedures. When the concrete design strength grade is C35, three specimens are utilized. The measured failure loads of the three specimens shall be multiplied by the size conversion factor of 0.95 applicable to 100 mm×100 mm specimens. The compressive strength of each specimen is calculated, and the average value of the three compressive strength results is taken as the representative compressive strength of the specimen group. The representative strength is then divided by the design strength grade to obtain the final percentage of achieved design strength. The formula is as follows: Achieved design strength (%) = { [ (Failure Load₁ × 0.95) / Compressive Area + (Failure Load₂ × 0.95) / Compressive Area + (Failure Load₃ × 0.95) / Compressive Area ] / 3 } / Design Strength × 100%
