Reproducibility package for the study "Do persistent climatic patterns along flow paths improve prediction of streamflow-regime differences?"
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the R scripts, analysis inputs and supplementary tables supporting the study “Do persistent climatic patterns along flow paths improve prediction of streamflow-regime differences?” The workflow evaluates whether drainage-relative Köppen–Geiger climate organisation improves prediction of hydrological dissimilarity beyond climatic composition, geographical distance, topography and elevation-relative climate organisation. The analysis covers 1991–2020 and includes 82 unregulated CAMELS-BR target catchments and 1,948 supported catchment pairs. The computational workflow includes data preparation, spatial processing, hydrological dissimilarity modelling, geographical cross-validation, equivalence testing, sensitivity analyses and publication-output generation. The deposited materials comprise R scripts, normalized CAMELS-BR inputs, spatial climate and hydrographic data, source metadata and supplementary numerical tables. Data originating from external providers retain their original attribution and applicable licensing conditions.
