For the purpose of comprehensively resolving genetic variations in multiple myeloma (MM) genomes, PacBio HiFi sequencing was run on three MM cell lines. DNA extraction, library preparation and sequencing were performed at NGI-UGC (Uppsala, Sweden). DNA was extracted from 5 million pelleted cells using the Monarch HMW DNA Extraction Kit for Cells & Blood (NEB). For library preparation, a SMRTbell prep kit 3.0 was used. Sequencing was done on the PacBio Revio system.
