Paramushir Island (also known as Paramushiru), located in the northeastern part of the Kuril Islands, is the second-largest island in the archipelago, after Iturup Island (3163.76 km²). Its geographic coordinates range from 49°59′56″N to 50°46′07″N and 155°11′55″E to 156°10′13″E. The island is elongated, oriented northeast-southwest, with a total length of 102 km. It covers an area of 2037.28 km² and has a coastline length of 321.24 km. This dataset was compiled based on remote sensing imagery from Google Earth and with reference to relevant cartographic materials. The dataset is stored in .kmz and .shp formats, consisting of 15 data files, with an uncompressed total size of 1.42 MB (compressed into 2 files with a size of 543 KB).
