Data and materials for: A source-verifiability workflow for reporting-guideline item sets

This dataset contains the Protocol-v5 post-verbatim-audit package for a methods/meta-research study of source-verifiability in reporting-guideline item-set sources. The package includes the locked route-stratified source frame, independent Stage A source-retrieval returns, locked canonical source packets, independent Stage B strict locator coding returns, Yuning Gong source-reopening adjudication workbook, dual-reviewer verbatim-excerpt audit workbooks from Jinze Li and Ziqi Wang, post-audit component dataset, completed retained-row manual audit returns, final endpoint summaries, display tables, manuscript files, and clean reproducibility scripts. The provisional source-reopened endpoint was 57/60 complete objects and 350/360 component rows. It was reduced to 17/60 complete objects and 156/360 rows after conservative verbatim-excerpt screening and dual-reviewer audit of all 194 flagged rows. A subsequent full retained-row manual audit of all 156 screen-retained rows produced the final conservative endpoint of 2/60 complete objects and 101/360 component rows. Retained-row A/B decision agreement was 118/156.
