Processed data for HCA "A single cell immune cell atlas of human hematopoietic system"

For the convenience of devices with limited RAM, count matrix in h5ad files were extracted and saved with BPCells::write_matrix_dir() (v0.3.1) and archived with tar and zstd. Cell metadata (obs) were extracted to csv format and compressed with zstd. Only filename with "standard_design" are included in current version. V2 update Add a merge3 matrix from Seurat::RowMergeSparseMatrices() result of 3 matrices of BL, BM and CB.
