Risk alleles are rs3737884, G and rs16850797, C, respectively. CAD, coronary artery disease; T2D, type 2 diabetes; T2D+CAD, T2D with CAD; OR, odds ratios; CI, confidence interval. OR values are calculated using those carrying one or no risk alleles as the reference group.
