OAPGC: A high-quality oral and airway prokaryotic genome catalogue (genome set I)

The Oral and Airway Prokaryotic Genome Catalogue (OAPGC) was constructed by integrating 12,616 public metagenomic samples, 933 newly sequenced airway metagenomes, and 64,169 isolate genomes from relevant habitats. We reconstructed 99,215 non-redundant strain-level genomes, which were subsequently clustered into 2,474 species-level clusters. Associated data files, including prokaryotic genome sequences and an updated Kraken database, are available here. Detailed descriptions of files are provided below: OAPGC-kradb.tar.gz: Kraken2 library for taxonomical profiling. OAPGC_genomes_part1.tar.gz and OAPGC_genomes_part2.tar.gz: Parts 1 and 2 of the complete set of 99,215 prokaryotic genome sequences. The full dataset is split into five parts for ease of download. cluster.annotation.xlsx:Annotation file describing the clustering of 149,921 genomes into 99,215 non-redundant strain-level genomes, which were further grouped into 2,474 species-level clusters.
