High-quality photovoltaic (PV) module defect analysis data is derived from the analysis of PV module images by visual models designed for surface defect detection of PV modules. Specifically, upon receiving the module images, the visual model performs defect feature recognition and localization, extracts key information such as defect names and position coordinates for storage, and ultimately yields a defect analysis dataset that includes file names, file paths, defect names, and size information. This dataset enables customers to obtain detailed insights into the defects of PV module products, including the distribution of various defect types, size characteristics of defects, and the distribution of defect occurrence locations, thereby helping customers understand product production quality and regulate production output and manufacturing processes.
