The National Outbreak Reporting System (NORS) is a web-based platform designed to support reporting to CDC by local, state, and territorial health departments in the United States of all waterborne disease outbreaks and enteric disease outbreaks transmitted by food, contact with environmental sources, infected persons or animals, or unknown modes of transmission.国家突发公共卫生事件报告系统（NORS）是一个基于网络的平台，旨在支持美国各地方、州和领土级卫生部门向美国疾病控制与预防中心（CDC）报告所有水传播疾病爆发事件以及通过食物、接触环境来源、感染者或动物或未知传播途径传播的肠道疾病爆发事件。
