Chloroplast genome of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis (Malvaceae): Comparative analyses and identification of mutational hotspots

We did WGS for the assembly of the chloroplast genome of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis to compare it with other species of the family Malvaceae and identify mutational hotspots by comparing species of genus Hibiscus.
