Combined anti-inflammatory and regenerative therapies rescue skeletal muscle after IRI through multi-pathway activation

Ten-week-old C57BL/6J mice were subjected to unilateral hind limb ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury by postural suspension method for 4 hours, and then treated with aspirin anti-inflammatory group and peptide functionalized hydrogel drug. RNA-seq analysis was then performed. All mice were subjected to hindlimb suspension ischemia model. Then, three c57b6l mice were treated with aspirin for anti-inflammation(Asp group), three c57b6l mice were treated with peptide hydrogel combined with aspirin(Asp+Pep group), and three c57b6l mice were left untreated as controls(Ctrl group).
