资源简介:

Dynamic Surface Tension Database of Surfactants (DST‑SurfDB) This dataset contains curated experimental data on the dynamic surface tension (DST) of aqueous surfactant solutions. It was assembled from peer‑reviewed scientific publications and served as the foundation for the predictive models presented in the accompanying study. The database covers 979 individual DST measurement series for 233 distinct surfactants and spans more than six decades of published research (1959–2024). Data format The data are provided as a single JSON file. Each entry corresponds to one DST measurement series and is stored as a JSON object with the following fields: Key Type Description smiles string Canonical SMILES string of the surfactant temperature number Measurement temperature, in °C concentration number Surfactant concentration, in mol L⁻¹ lifetime_ list of numbers Surface age values, in seconds tension_ list of numbers Measured dynamic surface tension values, in mJ m⁻² method_type string DST measurement technique: MBP (maximum bubble pressure), BSA (bubble shape analysis), DSA (drop shape analysis), S (stalagmometry), OJ (oscillating jet), WP (Wilhelmy plate), R (Du Noüy ring), FFD (fast‑formed drop) doi string Digital Object Identifier of the source publication filename string Internal file identifier gamma_solvent number Surface tension of the pure solvent obtained from the Hua–Rosen equation fitting, in mJ m⁻² gamma_equilibrium number Meso‑equilibrium surface tension obtained from the Hua–Rosen equation fitting, in mJ m⁻² relax_time number Characteristic half‑time of the Hua–Rosen equation, in seconds shape_factor number Dimensionless exponent n of the Hua–Rosen equation t_derivatives list of numbers Derivative of the DST curve with respect to the natural logarithm of time, computed analytically from the Hua–Rosen equation fitting molecule_i integer Arbitrary molecule index (for internal tracking) All fitted parameters (gamma_solvent, gamma_equilibrium, relax_time, shape_factor, t_derivatives) were obtained by approximating the experimental series with the empirical equation of Hua and Rosen (J. Colloid Interface Sci. 1988, 124(2), 652–659, doi:10.1016/0021-9797(88)90203-2). Only series that were well described by the equation (mean absolute deviation ≤ 2.0 mJ m⁻²) were retained.
