Processed transcriptomic resource for tendon progenitor cell remodeling in human tendinopathy
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains processed single-cell and bulk transcriptomic data records generated from public datasets GSE150482 and GSE26051. The resource includes a processed Seurat object, final supplementary Tables S1–S25, external validation outputs, cross-dataset concordance records, cluster-level robustness outputs, transcription-factor activity records, ligand–receptor interaction-potential records, drug and miRNA enrichment outputs, figure-supporting files, R scripts, README files, metadata dictionary, file manifest, and session information. The dataset supports reuse for studies of tendon stem/progenitor cell remodeling, human tendinopathy, extracellular matrix remodeling, inflammation-associated signaling, mechanotransduction, ligand–receptor signaling, transcription-factor inference, and regenerative-medicine hypothesis generation. Score-based disease-state annotations should not be interpreted as formal pseudotime, RNA velocity, lineage inference, or proof of temporal progression. Transcription-factor, ligand–receptor, drug, and miRNA outputs are computational inference or hypothesis-generation records and require experimental validation.
