This dataset includes source code, result analyses of the source code, and analysis reports. This study aims to explore Huawei's brand reputation management and word-of-mouth analysis, and gain in-depth insights into Huawei's brand image, consumer word-of-mouth, and brand reputation management status via analysis of data from Baidu Tieba. First, from the perspective of reputation management, this study analyzes how Huawei effectively manages its brand image and reputation among consumers through the Baidu Tieba platform. By conducting in-depth mining of the content of relevant posts on Tieba, this study examines consumers' perceptions, attitudes and emotional tendencies towards the Huawei brand, so as to evaluate the effectiveness of Huawei's brand reputation management. Second, this study focuses on word-of-mouth analysis. By collecting and analyzing evaluations, discussions and user experiences of Huawei products posted on Baidu Tieba, this study obtains an understanding of consumers' real feelings and satisfaction with Huawei's products. Meanwhile, this study will apply text mining technologies to process and analyze word-of-mouth data, extract key word-of-mouth elements, and provide references for Huawei to optimize its products and services. Finally, this study will comprehensively evaluate Huawei's brand image and reputation status by combining the results of reputation management and word-of-mouth analysis. On this basis, it will put forward targeted brand reputation management suggestions for Huawei, with the goal of enhancing its consumer awareness and favorable reputation. The innovation of this study lies in combining big data and text mining technologies to conduct in-depth analysis of massive Baidu Tieba data, providing a quantitative basis for Huawei's brand reputation management. Meanwhile, this study will address the shortage of quantitative data in existing research, and offer new ideas and methodologies for Huawei's brand management.
