List of haplotypes included in the 745Â bp cox1 alignment, their GenBank accession numbers, fish host and country of origin. The haplotypes 40 and 41, representing introgressed sequences (see [37]) were not included in any of the analyses, but are included in this table for information. A number of other haplotypes were left out because they were shorter than 745Â bp, but these were not unique haplotypes. (XLSX 21 kb)
