资源简介:

The analyses come with three objects:

Code S1 is an rMarkdown document that creates the Bayesian models, compares them with leave-one-out cross-validation, and assesses their fits using posterior prediction.
Code S2 is an rMarkdown document for the manuscript, including all of the plotting.
Data S1 is an R data file with three objects: leaf, roots, and soil, pertaining to the leaf, root, and soil fungal communities respectively. These contain as columns:
q0: the pairwise beta diversities for each plot for q = 0
q1: the pairwise beta diversities for each plot for q = 1
q2: the pairwise beta diversities for each plot for q = 2
q3: the pairwise beta diversities for each plot for q = 3
distance: the great-circle distance between subplots
Land: the land-use type (natural forest, planted forest, high-producing grasslands, low-producing grasslands, or perennial cropland)
Plots: The numeric plot name
