Viral metagenome in feces from wild geese in China. Anser anser

We describe here the metagenomics-derived viral sequences found in fecal samples collected from wild geese in China. Feces can be the source of numerous viral infections in humans and animals. A library was then constructed using Nextera XT DNA Sample Preparation Kit (Illumina) and then sequenced using the Miseq Illumina platform with 250 bases paired ends with a distinct molecular tag for each pool
