RNA-seq of IMR90 senescence with CCF nuclear egress inhibition

We report that CCF nucleus-to-cytoplasm shuttling in senescence is mediated by nuclear egress, mediated by ESCRT-III and Torsin complex. We inhibit ESCRT-III by KO ALIX, and Torsin by KO TOR1A. IMR90 cells were stably expressing CRISPR construct encoding sgPRM1 (control), sgALIX, or sgTOR1A, and were induced to senescence by IR. Three replicates for each sample.
