Condo

Condo is a Polygon FeatureClass representing the real property tax parcels contained within condominium communities. It is primarily used as a reference layer. The layer is reconciled with Santa Clara County Air Parcel data annualy (available around August @https://www.sccgov.org/sites/gis/GISData/Pages/Available-GIS-Data.aspx). In some cases, when the parcel data from SCC data is questionable, Tract map is used to identify Condo.
