资源简介:
The Salmo marmoratus, Cuvier 1829 populations are endemic across the Po Valley-Veneto area. Much of its range includes: the alpine tributaries of the Po River, Veneto, Trentino and Friuli-Venezia Giulia regions (Tagliamento and Isonzo rivers) and Slovenia-Adriatic area. In the past, populations of Salmo marmoratus have been introduced into several basins outside its natural range. Nowadays, populations of Salmo marmoratus are in decline due to habitat modifications and the introduction of Salmo trutta fario into the elective habitats of this species. Most specimens are hybrids or introgressed. In the future, the species is expected to decline by 80% and is currently assessed as critically endangered (CR). Sequencing experiment was carried out in a PromthION sequencer using the LSK114 kits and the R10.4.1 flow cells. Each flow cell was used for different runs (>72 h). The libraries showing a high DNA quantity (> 800 ng) were used for two sequencing runs. The base calling was carried out with Guppy v5.1.13. Results were raw fast5 sequencing reads.
