Dataset for: Modelling crops using high resolution multispectral images

The 45 multiespectral aerial images were adquired throughout the vegetative period of Corn, Sweet potato and Cassava crops on the framework of Rodrigo Morales's PhD project funded by BMGF and RTB CC5.2.1.2. The images were captured with a Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS), the system included an OKtokoter platform and an multiespectral camera (MicroADC-Tetracam).
