Insider Gift Transactions Database

VerityData’s Gifts database consists of “G” code transactions disclosed on Form 4 and labeled as a bona fide gift. It includes all types of gifts - dispositions, acquisitions, and neutral - disclosed since 2004.<br/><br/>As of April 2023, corporate insiders are required to report gifts on Form 4s within two business days of the gift. This is a significant change from the previous requirement of reporting gifts no more than 45 days after the end of the fiscal year.

Given the now timely disclosure, our Gifts database is a useful supplement to any Insider Transactions analysis. The data is comprehensive, normalized and vetted by experienced financial analysts for easy input into quant models.
