Adulteration detection of All purpose floor(maida) with chalk dust .

About All purpose flour (maida):-All-purpose (AP) flour, or "plain flour," is a versatile, milled wheat flour with a moderate protein content (typically 9-12%) that provides a balance of structure and lightness, making it suitable for a wide range of baked goods and cooking applications, including breads, cakes, cookies, and thickening sauces.
Chalk dust is used as a adulterant which mixed with all purpose flour and reduce its quality and texture taste and occurs health issues...like gastrointestinal issue and other harmful disease and digestive discomfort.

Process:-First buy all purpose flour and chalk .Then grind the chalk dust by the help of Mixture gurinder ,Next two Different types of background such as White and black are used for better identification.Some precautions are needed Also wear masks and gloves ,because chalk dust can causes shortness of breathing,and also use a dry place for this project. Then weight pure sample and devide it into 20 tables and click picture of each of Them. Then All purpose flour are added thoroughly with chalk dust at Different proportions (0%, 5%,10%,15%,20%25%,,30%,35% ,40%,45%,50%100%), and check the Difference and also click their picture. In total 22 sets of samples were prepared and each background have 12sets :-100% pure All purpose flour and 100% chalk dust , and 20sets Of Adulterated samples containing 5-50% chalk dust by weight. A total 20 equal Size cells were drawn on a white paper and black paper sheet (210mm x 297mm ,80gsm) .The samples were spread over The paper in a thin layer .Thus 20 equal Sized cells were located with similar samples.The tatal amount of picture is
(12 x 20=240) and 2 type of paper sheets so total images are (240 x 2=480).
