FWC Old Tampa Bay Monitoring Program, Pyrodinium bahamense and chlorophyll a concentrations at routine monitoring stations in Tampa Bay for the years 2011-2020

Surface samples of Pyrodinium bahamense and chlorophyll a concentrations were collected approximately monthly in winter months (November-February) and approximately twice monthly in remaining months (March-October). Pyrodinium bahamense abundance data are presented in cells L-1. Temperature is in degrees Celsius. Salinity is in PSU (practical salinity unit). Extracted chlorophyll a concentrations are in µg L-1 and have been corrected for phaeopigment (Holm-Hansen and Riemann 1978).
