To investigate the role of YAP and FOS in early OnF reporgramming, we knocked down either gene during tumor intiation induced by APC depletion. Overall design: YAP or FOS was knocked down in LGR5-2A-Ert2-Cre_APCflx/flx organoids before treating them with OHT.
