Registers of correspondence received by the Legislative Assembly Office and papers laid on the table in the Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in accordance with procedure. These registers list: the registration number; name of document; subject; by whom laid upon table or from whom received; when laid on table or dated; when registered; former paper; subsequent paper; remarks; box number.This series ended in 1890 when separate series of registers were created for the correspondence and for the tabled papers. This series is related to NRS18592 Legislative Assembly Tabled Papers.These are not State archives rather they are Parliamentary archives in the custody of Museums of History NSW.
