Summary of the linear mixed model using weighted Pearson’s correlation coefficients between annual BBS and eBird RF detection probability indices as a response to spatial attributes summarized within Massachusetts towns.

Reported are the model estimates and 95th percent confidence intervals. The spatial attribute predictors are eBird survey density, the number of survey locations per km2 area of each town, and habitat types as the proportion of land cover area within each town. Town-level index comparisons were combined across 14 study species and species IDs were included as a random effect to account for species specific effects.
