Data underlying the research of <em>Predicting elbow load based on individualised (inteer)segmental rotation in fastball pitching.</em> <br> Data set contains kinematics (pelvis and trunk peak angular velocity, separation time) and external valgus torque of eleven male youth elite baseball pitchers.
