Gene expression profiling of cerebellums in the central nervous system-specific Derlin-1 or Derlin-2 deficient mice

To search gene expression change of cerebellum in the central nervous system-specific Derlin-1or Derlin-2 mice, we performed genome-wide DNA microarray analysis and compared the expression levels between Derlin-1_control and Derlin-1_KO. Furthermore, to search gene expression change of cerebellum the mice treated chemical chaperone, we compared the expression level among Derlin-1 or 2_control_vehicle, Derlin-1 or 2_control_4PBA, Derlin-1 or 2_KO_vehicle, and Derlin-1 or 2_KO_4PBA. Mice were sacrificed at postnatal day 28 by cervical dislocation and cerebellum was dissected for DNA microarray analysis.
