Age, triglycerides, HbA1c, FPG, insulin, CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, adiponectin, leptin and resistin are shown as a median (interquartile range). Numbers and % (in brackets) for categorical variables will vary in different analyses as some variables have missing values.
