Prevalence and Characteristics of Cancer Patients with COVID-19: A Meta-analysis Study (PRISMA Flowchart and PRISMA Checklist)

"Prevalence and Characteristics of Cancer Patients with COVID-19" is a meta-analysis study that uses PRISMA guidelines with PRISMA flow diagrams and PRISMA checklists in making this study. The flow diagram depicts the flow of information through the different phases of this systematic review and meta-analysis. It maps out the number of records identified, included and excluded, and the reasons for exclusions. Meanwhile, the PRISMA checklists comprise a 27-item checklist addressing the introduction, methods, results and discussion sections of this systematic review and meta-analysis. Data from inclusion studies were analyzed using Review Manager 5.4. The results of this study found that the prevalence of cancer in COVID-19 patients was 4.63% (95% CI, 3.78-5.49%) worldwide.
