CHIMERA-Agent Training Data This archive contains the training release for the CHIMERA-Agent challenge. Task 1 files: prostate-biopsy-decision-clinical-data.json structured-prompt.json prostate-modality-level-neural-representations.json prostate-biopsy-decision.json prostate-biopsy-decision-reasoning.json Task 2 files: prostate-treatment-decision-clinical-data.json structured-prompt.json prostate-modality-level-neural-representations.json prostate-treatment-decision.json prostate-treatment-decision-reasoning.json Task 3 files: prostate-time-to-recurrence-or-last-follow-up-clinical-data.json structured-prompt.json prostate-modality-level-neural-representations.json prostate-time-to-recurrence-or-last-follow-up.json Ground-truth labels and reference reasoning are currently available for 91 Task 1 cases and 72 Task 2 cases. Task 3 includes ground-truth labels for 75 cases and no reference reasoning. Task 1 and Task 2 reference-reasoning files include a reveal_sequence field indicating which clinical-data sections were accessed during the decision. For Task 2, reveal_sequence information is currently unavailable, so the field is represented as an empty list ([]). For details on Phase 2, see: https://chimera-agent.grand-challenge.org/chimera-agent-phase-2/. Compared with Phase 1, all other files remain unchanged; only the structured-prompt.json and task-specific clinical-data files have been updated as follows: Task 1 structured-prompt.json: psa, psad, vol, pirads, psap, task, cspca, and notes are no longer provided directly in the structured prompt. prostate-biopsy-decision-clinical-data.json: cspca is now provided as a separate field, rather than being included in radiology_report. Task 2 structured-prompt.json: psa, psad, vol, pirads, psap, task, cspca, notes, bx_isup, bx_gl_prim, and bx_gl_sec are no longer provided directly in the structured prompt. prostate-treatment-decision-clinical-data.json: cspca and AI_predicted_isup_grade_group are now provided as separate fields. The csPCa prediction is no longer included in radiology_report, and the AI-predicted ISUP grade group is no longer included in pathology_report. Task 3 structured-prompt.json: task is no longer included. prostate-time-to-recurrence-or-last-follow-up-clinical-data.json: cspca and AI_predicted_isup_grade_group are now provided as separate fields. The csPCa prediction is no longer included in radiology_report, and the AI-predicted ISUP grade group is no longer included in pathology_report. Remark: The AI-predicted ISUP grade group corresponds to the latest available biopsy; if no AI-predicted ISUP grade group is available, the value is null.
