Assembled transcriptomes from Sk-1 and sensitive Neurospora sitophila strains

This dataset contains three assembled transcriptomes. The three transcriptomes are the following:Strain W1434 (Sk-1 spore killer), vegetative tissueStrain 5941 (sensitive to spore killing), vegetative tissueCross between strains W1434 and 5941 (where spore killing is happening), sexual tissueRNA was extracted and sequenced with paired end Illumina hiseq.
