The global chromatin binding profile of TWIST1 was assayed on human glioblastoma-derived tumor endothelial cells (ECs). Overall design: GBM tumor-derived ECs were were lyzed and incubated with control IgG or anti-TWIST1 antibody, followed by cleavage under targets & release using nuclease (CUT&RUN) assay. Isolated DNA was enriched for library preparation and sequenced.
