Raw Western blot data supporting: "Neutrophil-derived EVs drive NF-κB-dependent endothelial activation and tumor angiogenesis"

This dataset contains raw Western blot images supporting the results presented in Figures 2, 3, and 6 of the associated manuscript. The data include protein expression analyses performed in ER-Hoxb8-derived neutrophils (WT and Ifnar1−/−) as well as neutrophil-derived small extracellular vesicles (NEX), collected at different stages of differentiation (D4-D6). The dataset comprises: total protein gels used as loading controls, Western blot analyses of IFNAR1, exosomal markers (CD63, CD81, CD9, TSG101), intracellular and organelle-associated proteins (PHB1, GM130, Grp94), neutrophil marker (Ly-6G), and signaling pathway components related to NF-κB activation (phospho-p65 (S536), total p65, phospho-IκBα, total IκBα) analyzed in cytosolic and nuclear fractions. For signaling experiments, samples include control conditions and neutrophil/NEX-treated groups analyzed at different time points (6 h and 24 h). Each lane corresponds to individual experimental conditions as indicated in the associated manuscript figures (e.g., WT vs Ifnar1−/−, differentiation stages, treatment conditions). Molecular weight markers (kDa) are indicated where applicable. Detailed experimental procedures, sample preparation, and data analysis are described in the associated publication.
