[Evaluation] Processed Multi-modal Developing Fetal Lung Data Subset (Visium/Xenium)

Note that this is a processed subset of the fetal lung dataset published by Quach et al. in the paper titled Early Human Fetal Lung Atlas Reveals the Temporal Dynamics of Epithelial Cell Plasticity. This subset contains 3745 cells/spots and 333 shared genes filtered from the GW15 Visium and Xenium samples. The major cell class annotations are derived from the subpopulation annotations from the original authors.
