- main_code.zip contains the MATLAB code used in this study, also found in https://github.com/yagmurerten/Canstraint- canstraint_analytics.nb and canstraint_analytics_SI.nb are the Mathematica notebooks used for the analyses in the main text and supplementary information, respectively.- popcheck.m is an additional script that was used to extract data from final .mat files (generates analysis_scripts/supp_data/supp_mature_popsize.txt).- data_canstraint_baseline.zip, data_canstraint_nocancer1.zip, data_canstraint_nocancer2.zip and data_canstraint_nocancer3.zip contain raw simulation data.- derived_data.zip contains the .rds files derived from the raw data and were used in generating figures in the main text and supplementary information. - analysis_scripts.zip contains processing scripts used to generate the derived data and make the figures in the main text and Supplementary Information.
