Comparison of intervals condensed within and between recombination maps.

The number of significantly different and conserved intervals between each set of maps is given (criteria outlined in text). In defining significantly different intervals, we performed a false discovery rate correction of [59]. The Odds Ratio and associated p value are given for the difference between maps for the condensed intervals.*p
