Common Singleton Antibiofilm Peptides Shared Between HSPN Versions
收藏资源简介:
This dataset lists the eight antibiofilm peptides (ABFPs) identified as common singleton nodes between the current expanded Half-Space Proximal Network (HSPN) introduced in the study “Mapping the Antibiofilm Peptide Space with Similarity Networks and Curated Negative Sets” and the previous HSPN version published in Antibiotics (Agüero-Chapin et al., 2023; DOI: 10.3390/antibiotics12040747). Singletons represent peptides that appear as isolated nodes in the similarity network (i.e., without edges connecting them to other peptides).A comparative analysis revealed that, although both HSPN versions contain the same total number of singleton peptides (20), only eight sequences are shared between them, reflecting both continuity and refinement in the network representation of the antibiofilm peptide space.
