Data show influence of surfactant concentration and addition of polyelectrolyte on foam formation, stability and decay. Presented data were obtained using Dynamic Foam Analyzer DFA100 delivering: maximum foam height, foam half lifetime, Bickerman foaminess and foam production.Data for two systems are available:1) poly-L-glutamic acid (PGA)/ethyl lauroyl arginate (LAE) mixture2) poly-L-lysine (PLL)/rhamnolipids (RH).
