Reference data curated for tidyGWAS. Contains: RSID, CHR, POS, ALT ALLELE and REF ALLELE from dbSNP v155, for both GRCh37 and GRCh38 Allele frequencies for five super populations from 30x 1000 genomes dbSNP merged RSID data Ancestry_data.parquet contains merged allele frequences and principal components downloaded from:https://figshare.com/ndownloader/files/31620968 https://figshare.com/ndownloader/files/31620953 Files were merged into one file, CHR and POS was dropped and converted to parquet format.
