资源简介:
The fly is a powerful tool for studying complex biological processes, with more than 60% of genes associated with various diseases and genetic similarities to humans. Based on the genetic advantages of this model organism, our study aims to perform a toxicogenic assessment of human health impact induced by the CMIT/MIT (chloromethyl-Methylisothiazolone). Overall design: The flies of both sexes were exposed to CMIT/MIT aerosol for 1 hour at 330 mg/m3. Previous observations indicate that the survival rate of flies exposed to CMIT/MIT at this concentration is approximately 81.5% on average for days 1,2, and 7. To study into the molecular and transcriptional alteration underlying this response, we analyzed the RNA Seq-based transcriptome profiles of CMIT-MIT exposed flies on day 1, 2, and 7 with 1.5-fold change > and p < 0.05.
