Psychometric Evaluation of the Acute Care Nurses’ Job Satisfaction Scale-Revised: A Cross-Sectional Survey

Data were collected using QualtricsXM web-based survey platform between June 2021 and September 2021. The study participants were acute care nurses working in Qatar. The SPSS data set includes 111 variables representing demographic variables (5 variables), the Job Demands in Nursing Scale (22 variables), the Job Resources in Nursing Scale (24 variables). the Acute Care Nurses Job Satisfaction Scale (31 variables), one item represent global job satisfaction scale, and the remaining 28 variables were the represent the reverse coding items.<br>本数据集于2021年6月至2021年9月期间，通过QualtricsXM网络调查平台采集完成。本次研究的参与者为卡塔尔地区的急症护理护士。该SPSS数据集共包含111个变量，其中涵盖5项人口统计学变量、由22个条目构成的护理工作需求量表（Job Demands in Nursing Scale）、由24个条目构成的护理工作资源量表（Job Resources in Nursing Scale）、由31个条目构成的急症护理护士工作满意度量表（Acute Care Nurses Job Satisfaction Scale）、1项用于表征整体工作满意度的条目，剩余28项均为反向编码题项。
