Study will hold raw and assembled data for national sequence-based surveillance of Campylobacter species. Samples originated at Regionálny úrad verejného zdravotníctva so sídlom v Trenčíne (Public Health Authority of the Slovak Republic, Regional Public Health Authority with the seat in Trenčín).
